This smart sensor is machine learning enabled and utilizes Raman spectroscopy-based sensing systems to monitor in real time, fluid composition and determine the composition signatures of delivered gas in various industry processes, including helium purge processes, with an accuracy of 0.01% of FS with concentration ranges of 0.01 – 100%. The sensor can also measure hydrogen concentrations in a helium background during purging/testing to better understand the process and reduce helium use. The sensor’s maximum operational pressure is 3,000 psi.Â
